Website Rent-to-Own Terms & Conditions

These terms form a binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Redline Creative Industries (PTY) Ltd (“the Company”). By accepting below, you agree to the following:

1. Service Provided: The Company will design, develop and host a website for the Client on a rent-to-own basis.
2. Payment: The Client will pay R380 per month for a period of 6 months. Payments are due monthly in advance.
3. Ownership: The website remains the property of the Company until the full 6-month payment period is completed. After all payments have been made, full ownership of the website is transferred to the Client.
4. Late or Missed Payments: If the Client fails to pay on time, the Company may suspend or terminate access to the website until payments are up to date. Ownership transfer will be delayed until all amounts owed are paid.
5. Cancellation: The Client may cancel at any time but will forfeit any ownership rights to the website and no refunds will be given for payments already made.
6. Content & Responsibility: The Client is responsible for providing accurate content and ensuring they hold the rights to all materials supplied. The Company is not liable for any content uploaded by the Client.
7. Liability: The Company will use reasonable skill and care in providing services but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9. Acceptance: By checking the box below, the Client confirms they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form a binding agreement with the Company.
